Repairing, optimizing and enhancing photos are a bit of a passion. Making the most of vintage or current images means removing the distractions (i.e. rips, tears, poor scans, coldsores).
Tried and True Process
If possible, a high resolution scan of the image is the first step in digital photo restoration, as it offers more information to make the repairs with! Cleaning, enhancing, blurring, re-creating missing information is where all the magic happens, and the difference is made.
If the original image is no longer available, G. Wiz! can still work with your file to optimize the image.
